Just want to drop a few words on Brooklyn Cider House. What a great venue! You pull up and walk in through the big barn and there on the hill is a beautiful pavillion where huge brick ovens make pizza and a gigantic fire pit makes anything from the best burgers to a whole roasted pig. Get your food and don't forget a bottle of cider and hang out by the lake at one of the many picnic tables while listening to the band. The place is kid friendly and pets are welcome, after all- its a farm. Take the kids to pick apples and hang out late by the bonfire. You can definitely spend the whole afternoon and into the evening at this place. The band plays from 12 to 4 pm. Our gig on the 29th will be one of Brooklyn Cider House's last nights of the season. They close after November 4th. Not sure who else is playing then but if you don't make it to see Room Service on the 29th, be sure to check out the venue before the season ends. You won't be disappointed.
